About The Organizers

Tracy Morgan is a strategy consultant with 30 years of experience guiding hundreds of organizations through growth, change, and complex challenges. Fifteen years ago, her husband, a minister, said, “Churches and nonprofits could benefit from the type of work you do with Fortune 500 companies if it could be done affordably.” 

They formed North Star Strategies to recognize, celebrate, and strengthen mission-driven organizations seeking to have a positive impact in our world. Tracy has published two books on strategy, facilitates small group workshops, and offers customized consulting services at affordable rates.
